New Workstation Advice

Where can i get a workstation with the following onsite configurable (no call for info) requirements?

-Tyan s2895 board (that is the sli opteron one)
-2 opteron 250
-2 quadro fx 4400 SLI
-16gb ram
-at least 3tb storage as 400gb satas, and 2 15krpm 73gb SCSI hard drives as main software and boot disks
-the relevant disc controllers for this
- a back up tape drive (seagate DDS4)
-A 4U/8U rackmount configuration.

I know that this is a tall order, but need an ultra workstation.

I have no idea to be honest apart from seaching online, but I'm wondering what that beast will be for? If you're looking for a computer to play Diablo on, you can do it a bit cheaper :D
