New WHS setup. Is this capable hardware?

I recently acquired some hardware and am building a new WHS machine. I was hoping you all could tell me if this setup will be any good and if I should do anything to enhance the performance.

TYAN S2880 Thunder K8S
Dual AMD Opteron 244 1.79GHz
4GB Ram
5 x 2TB WD Green Drives
AMCC 3ware 9500S SATA RAID Controller

I got all this stuff on the cheap. I am most worried about the mobo and the opterons.

Hmm. Well i got all the hardware for $100. So I guess its alright then. However it will probably use lots of power. Maybe I should take out one of the processors and some ram?
