Hey guys well got my tsunami case almost done, all parts of liquid cooling is in, just have to fit in sound, wifi, cdroms and 2nd hd with reader. Heres some pics of me leak testing the system... question is should i be seeing any gaps of air in my tubes, theres a couple spots that i see the water rush out like of my cpu and then it gets backed up and looks normal when it hits the next block. It took me a while to fill, i have a fill port at the top next to the rez but i made the mistake and had it come to a Y about 3" underneith so it didnt work quite like i planned...
hwlabs 240gts
tdx cpu block
swiftech ? with the bga sinks (not sure the model off hand)
dd d5 pump
alphacool rez
tygon 1/2" id tubing
primochill pcice
Let me here your opinions, i tried my best to wrap up my cables and such... theres the blacklights are just dangling and cple power wires for now while im leak testing then once im done i have to add everything else and finish up the wiring, also i have gloss black acrylic and some uv blue paint to make a design in to cover all the drive bays and the whole topside of the rail.
heres a link to my images... if someone can also tell me how to post them on here that would be good.http:// pics: http://homepage.mac.com/adrenaline0210/PhotoAlbum2.html[/URL

Try moving the case around to work all the bubbles out of the system, it will take some time (a couple of hours at least). The other option is to just wait, eventually the water will disolve back into the water and eventually disolve back out at the point of lowest pressure (hopefully near the T-line), downside is it will take about 3 days for the second method. :p

First off, awesome paint job. looks good. (I've got a tsunami, and I want to paint it black inside. just too damned busy)
Second, you mention that the water gets backed up, and there's air gaps. I had this problem when I set my system up. Are you sure all of the inlet/outlets are the same size? On mine, I was using a 1/2 to 3/8 adapter (n00b. I know), and in some parts the coolant would back up, and shoot out as a jet into the larger tubing with lots of air in there, and little coolant. When the proper sized parts finally arrived, I popped em' in and it works great now.

Good luck to you

well the one tube going from cpu block to gpu is like a jet coming out, thats the main one and thats a tdx with 1/2"id barbs that came factory on my tdx. the 90's are all 1/2" id.. everypart is in fact 1/2" id. It just a fact of gettting more coolant into the system. I open up the rez and cant fit anymore in, when i can get it open without the pressure blowin coolant. the top fill port i can get a tiny bit in here or there... kinda sucks. So u think having it run and tip it back and forth to work around would help?. I was planning on just running it some and seeing if it goes away to the point i can add more coolant.

when you first filled the system, did you fill it slowly? It sounds like you might have some air in the radiator. tipping the system (make sure the res is sealed properly). If that doesn't work, then something is plugging up the system. For it to back up like that is strange unless it's plugged or different sizes.

ya i filled the rez up all the way untill it trickled down twords the pump, that filled the pump mostly then i filled the fillport up as much as it would go and ran it. So what do u suggest i do at this point.. right now i have it running with the fillport open to let air escape to see if that helps.

need help,,,, go the whole things done not much for bubbles anymore. go to boot up and it freezes on post everytime. at lower right corner states 0075 wondering what this could be. says mem is ok then freezes before checking anything else. system never had any problems, thought it might be cpu block but its tightened right down, not sure what else it could be.
