New WC setup - any good?

OK. So this is going to be my second WC build, and I wanted to make sure it is up to snuff. I have only used a SwifTech Micro-res, and I have no idea how to build with a T-line/Fillport, so if you have any suggestions on what to replace that/ where I place it in the loop I will entertain the thought.

OK build is as follows.

RAD PA 120.3
PUMP Lanig D5 - MCP655 I believe
RES Swiftech Micro-Res
BLOCKS DD 8800 GTX x 2
TUBING Masterkleer 1/2" ID 3/4" OD 1/8" Wall Thickness
TUBING PROTECTOR Swiftech Smartcoils 625

Does this look good? I am a little concerned about the tubing and whether it will stand the pressure.
 
I would use the 7/16" id tubing ilo the 1/2". Simply because there is almost no chance of the tubing ever coming off the the barbs, regardless of how you secure the hose ends. If you must use 1/2", I would suggest you use worm clamps.

No CPU block? Also, you might want to look at the Swiftech MCW60 and ramsinks as an alternate.

Otherwise, looks good to go as is.
 
Also, should I buy upgraded barbs for anything? If so, what fitting does the pA 120.3 take? I could not find that info anywhere? is it worth getting new barbs?
 
I don't know much about the PA rad. If it comes with barbs, they should be fine. Same for other components.
 
G3/8 or 3/8 BSPP barbs for the PA.

Mine came with plastic 1/2" 3/8 BSPP barbs, but not sure whether your's would come with fittings too.

Eheim 1048 inlet adapter sold at SharkaComputers can be used to reduce the G3/8 fittings on the PA to G1/4 IIRC
 
I think I am going to switch the Microres for a DD Fillport and T-line. Is it also a good idea to add a drain line off a second t-line at the bottom of the loop?

Not necessary since the fillport will also act as a drain when you lower it :) However, having a drain line will be convenient if you have a big and heavy case but if you don't drain very often, it's not needed and a extra t-line will restrict the flow a bit.
