New watercooling setup, PLEASE HELP

I am new to water cooling. Right now I have a system running on air cooling, but the temps scare me a bit. My specs:
M/B: Asus P5N-T Temps: SB: around 69-75C NB: around 69-75C Overall M/B: 42-49C
CPU: Q6600 @ 2.7GHz, 1.36V Temp: 37-55C
2x EVGA 8800GT Superclocked Temps: 70-84C
Case: Lian Li PC-A7110
I would like to water cool all the components in one loop, not sure if I should water cool NB and SB.
I was looking at Koolance Exos 2.5 kit. I think it should be enough, it has approximately 1000W of cooling capacity.
Tubing size: 1/2 ID
Any suggestions?
 
i would avoid those external wc setups, they tend to be inferior & more expensive than the internal counterparts.

+1 stay away from those all in one kits... also you could upgrade both your graphics cards for the price of what it would cost for a loop to cool all of that.

and that koolance unit is not gonna shift 1000w unless you had seriously powerful fans on it... think of it sounding like a hairdryer every time you turn your computer on :D

2x EVGA 8800GT Superclocked Temps: 70-84C = 110 watts x 2 = 220 watts

throw in the chipset at a wildly overestimated 50W.

400W with everything full blast.

Your real problem is the crappy front intake of that case kills the airflow and the the temps you posted are not alarming at all. Water cool if you want, I like it, but its a pretty big investment when a jig saw with a metal cutting blade will solve the issue (not that I am admitting there actually is one but it is not my stuff and if you think there is a problem -there is a problem).
