New water setup need a little help

I just went over to my water setup. However now my power regulators around the cpu are running very hot compared to when I was on air. Whats the best way to keep these things cool.

Temps @ 3.8 GiG (224x17)
1.46 VCore (Reading 1.37 under load)
2.7V DDR
1.60V NB

Load:
CPU 43
SyS 33
PWM 75

A fan mounted in the side panel blowing their direction should help out.

Im not sure if I can get a fan to blow right on it. ill see what I can do. I already have a side 120mm fan blowin in on the side.. but its aimed on the agp and northbridge, and doesnt hit the CPU directly. When I had put the blowhole on, the fan woudlnt fit ontop of the CPU, so I put it lower.

What temp should I be worried about with my PWM temps.?
