New Water Cooling Build, need Advice

Hey guys

I'm planning a watercooled build at the moment but I haven't done a whole lot of watercooling in the past and was wondering about several of the parts.

Firstly, is a XSPC RX360 a decent Radiator for a build?

Also, would an XSPC dual bay reservoir/pump combination (http://www.xspc.biz/baypump750.php) put me at a disadvantage? Should I look for seperate reservoirs and pumps?

I also wanted to ask if anyone could recommend blocks for GTX260s
