Hello, I am currently running my the rig in my signature, but my graphics card is dying and I can only really run one of my 4850's without the other one overheating (one of the fans died). It's way past my warranty so I am looking to buy some new cards for multi-monitor gaming. My budget is around $650. I would like to spend less if possible but anything is good.
I don't want Xfire or SLI on a single card. I want something with a good cooler so that I can get good temps as my game room is hot. I have been looking at these cards:

MSI R6950 Twin Frozr III PE/OC Radeon HD 6950 2GB -6950 w/aftermarket cooler
vs.
XFX HD-697A-CNFC Radeon HD 6970 2GB 256-bit -6970 w/Lifetime Warranty
vs.
MSI R6970-2PM2D2GD5 Radeon HD 6970 2GB 256-bit -Reference 6970
vs.
NVIDIA option?
I am running 1 1920x1200 as my main monitor and 2 1920x1080 as my side monitors.

What should I buy?

I would get either one of the 6970s. Both are solid choices. Close friend of mine has the MSI 6970 that you linked. Doesn't have heat issues and eats through his games @ your resolution.
