Going to be building a new rig based on C2D probably a 6300/6400, 2GB RAM, and I am looking for the best Vid Card under $250, must have dual DVI. And yes I do game.

Performance and price are the only considerations for anything computer related, being sold on one for senitmental reasons is stupidity.
 
will the zalman vf700-cu work on both of those??? I like to keep the noise levels down...
