New video card or processor

Processor; the video card market is in a state of heavy flux right now.
 
Video card. Your processor is pretty good for right now. Heck, so is your video card, but a little video card upgrade shouldn't hurt. :)
 
no budget, just an incite on my next purchase, i'm going to buy a pair of icemat siberias in a week, and a power supply later on in april. However, I wanted to know if anyone would know a good power supply that WILL, without question, support a new video card or processor in about a year.

Well, not everybody wants to wait until November / December to get a new video card...
 
well, considering i'm happy with just overclocking my video card right now, i'll just wait until the DX10 cards, and my processor is fine, I've even seen reviews where the 3500+ beats a P4 Extreme Edition. So, i'm just gonna pick up a pair of Siberias next wednesday.
