So I should be updating my old rickety computer that I have put aside finally and this computer will be basically gaming/internet and gaming wise it will be aimed towards BF:3

I need a Motherboard/CPU/RAM/OS Win 7

I will be re-using Antec 500W PSU 80+ / HDD / Disk Drive / KeyBoard/ Mouse/ 550ti and probably the case aswell.

I need to be around 300-500 and I would like to use the i5 2500k if possible and around 8Gigs of memory.
