Just a quick note to let all the UD'ers know that a new protein in the Smallpox has been released into production (from beta) today.

These workunits are taking about 20hrs for the benchmark system. These workunits have about 20 ligands in each WU instead of the 110 which are normally in a Smallpox WU.

What is the benchmark system and how fast would a p4 at 3.5ghz do it in you think???

I just started folding but I have never heard of the UD....
 
heslo, you have probably processed quite a few of these already. They have been out a week, and are actually not that chewy although it seems that the timing does vary a little bit (+-2hrs) for any given workunit.
 
Yeah, got me one just now and remembered I had one a few days ago but didn't seem to register in my mind that it was new
