Its time to replace my 5 year old Sony Vega. Doing some research the Panasonic Plasmas have good reviews on image quality. I am specifically looking at the Panasonic VIERA TC-P65VT50. Ive always owned LCDs so this would be my first plasma. I dont have many concerns about playing movies on it but I do about gaming. How will this tv perform with my xbox playing first person shooters? If this is not perfect for playing games, anyone have a better suggestion?

Plasmas fare excellent with gaming, with usually low input lag and excellent motion. Only problem is with image retention since the HUD overlay doesn't usually move.
