Just bought this TV

PS5 and Series X are in the two 120 Hertz ports
Can I get 120H refresh rate with a display port to hdmi cable plugged into regular port on PC?

If the TV only supports 120 Hz on two ports then no. Otherwise just use the HDMI 2.1 port on your 3080.
