New Toshiba laptop with Win 8.1 - how to get to BIOS?

I just got a new Toshiba Satellite with Windows 8.1 and I want to take a look at the BIOS. The problem is, the start-up is quite quick. All I see is a black screen with the Toshiba logo then my Windows log-on screen. There is never an opportunity to hit DEL and get to the BIOS. How do I get to my BIOS?
 
Or you can hold shift while pressing restart, which sends you straight to that menu.
 
I watched the video but then held Shift and clicked Restart. I was able to get into BIOS. Thanks guys!
 
just what i was looking for myself, i hate it when they hide the bios stuff and lock the bios down
