What are some good tips for an I5-750 build as far as Water Cooling, I have seen some good corsair all in one CPU cooling kits.

It depends what you are looking to do. If you want silence and a mild overclock the Corsair H50 is a nice setup. If you want silence and maximum 24/7 overclock then you are better off piecing together a system. There is a sticky in this section that has a good, inexpensive parts list. I suggest you begin there and come back with any questions.

Well I would like a moderate level of Water Cooling or air Cooling, Want to run 10 degrees below spec if possible.

What do you mean 'below spec'? Do you mean below the thermal threshold? Or 10C below stock?

Well with most decent aftermarket vs stock coolers now a days, you're going to automatically see at least a 10C drop. I don't know what my temps were with stock but they were probably around the thermal threshold (for me its 73C), with my WCing I have 40C/53C idle/load. Then again, I'm over volted and overclocked to 3.5GHz from 2.83GHz. So you will see a decent decrease as long as everything installed is sufficient to handle the load (ie. decent rad, pump and block).

You don't really have to worry about temps being "10 below" with water cooling. Your temps are going to be lower (provided it's setup right) either way. My 4ghz i7 920 (from 2.66) loads at around 55-57C. So there's your 10 below stock. :p
