New to RivaTuner....help me

I have never used it before. I simply want to oc my card..I Think I have found where I do that, under "RivaTuner 2.0 RC 15.2\ Overclocking \ Current Device" Then set my values in CoreClkKhz & MemClkKhz. Is this correct?

Also, How do I make the settings stay?
