New to Raid

I have 3 Sata drives and would like to put 2 in a raid 0 set and the other just an extra drive. I am having problems with the bios recognizing it to be able to do raid. What sata ports should i plug the three drives in (1-8). And then what do I need to set in the bios and raid setup to do this. Thanks. I have the DFI Sli-DR
