New to overclocking, need some help

I've overclocked before, but this is my first Athlon 64 processor, and I don't want to mess it up.

Here's what I have, hopefully it'll be enough to help me with what settings I can use to overclock my system.

Motherboard: Asus K8N-E Deluxe
Processor: AMD Athlon 64 3700+ ClawHammer 800MHz FSB Socket 754
Memory: crucial 2GB 184-Pin DDR SDRAM Unbuffered DDR 400
Heatsink/fan: Thermaltake VENUS 12 80mm Ball Cooling Fan

If someone has the same setup or close to it, what do you use for OC'ing?
