new to intel temp range

so ive used amd for years. used to build intel rigs at work and slightly use them.

now i went from my rig in sig. amd x2 4800 am2 socket. it runs about high 30's idle and loads around mid 40's. that was with this silly water cooling setup i had on it.

but even then my older amd rig would load up into the 50's. that was an x2 4200 939.


so now i have a gigabyte p45 ud3p board and an intel 7200

with this 7200 what are temps i should be looking at? whats intels temps like? because i always seem to recall amd runs hot, but intel and their prescotts were hot when we built them. are these core2's cooler? im running stock heatsink as well with it.
