I'm doing a cheap upgrade for now...Im getting the Pentium 805 (when prices go down to around $75) and a $50 ASrock MB. I'm also gonna get a good vid card but for now gonna use an ati850.

I want to try wc'ing for the first time. Should I go with a kit or buy individual comps? I'm really not into modding and dont want anything real fancy, I'm just getting a lot of dust in my case and figure if I water cool I can seal the case better...plus I can try to get to 3.8GHZ oc...I just had a radeon 9700 go bad due to the fan quitting due to dust I think...

I want to spend about $125-$150 total and I want temps to be around 35-45 load...

Are these realistic numbers? Thanks in advance...
