New Thermaltake ITX Case SD101

Too busy, IMHO; but then, that's always been Thermaltake's style :p

It has interesting component placement but
-PSU extends over mobo linmiting expansion card length
-front panel connectors also limit expansion card length
all this in regards afox 7850 lp
other LP cards are great because 2 slots which could be full length
-PSU could be replaced with FSPs or Seasonics 1U units with bigger wattage.

Its like like you said. Busy, not like your Q02 which has more potential even without expansion slots.

It's not the first time. The element Q case is also just a rebadge. I don't think that thermaltake will ever make their own itx case

Makes sense, something about this case was familiar. To ugly for my taste!

Yep, ugly, and big for what it is. I don't understand why these manufacturers of small ITX cases don't just bite the bullet and sell them with Pico PSU's. This is clearly the best option from a size POV.
