Alright, so i finally threw this system together after weeks of waiting for parts.
Let me know what you think about it :)

AMD Athlon XP 2500+/333 fsb barton
Abit nForce2 ULTRA
1 gig 512 pc2700 DDR ram + 256 DDR pc3200
Sony DVD+/-RW 8X
External Western Digital 80 GB hdd
HITACHI 17" LCD
20 Gig wd hdd
Windows XP 2000/service pack 4
 
If you are happy with it, then nothing else matters.

The video card is a bit weak, but passable...I'll trade ya monitors though ;)
