1) What will you be doing with this PC? Gaming? Photoshop? Web browsing? etc
Gaming and all the other everyday computer tasks.
2) What's your budget? Are tax and shipping included?
I'd like to stay under $1500 if possible, but anywhere in that general area is okay.
3) Where do you live?
California, USA
4) What exact parts do you need for that budget? CPU, RAM, case, etc. Please be very specific.
CPU, RAM, SSD, MOBO, PSU, GPU, case, heatsink+fan
5) If reusing any parts, what parts will you be reusing? Please be especially specific about the power supply. List make and model.
Monitor, peripherals, 1TB WD HDD, LG BD-ROM
6) Will you be overclocking?
Probably some minor over-clocking, I've heard the 2700s can get up to 4Ghz pretty easily on air.
7) What size monitor do you have and/or plan to have?
23" Samsung LCD 16:9, 2048x1152 native
8) When do you plan on building/buying the PC?
Within the next couple of weeks if everything arrives by then.
9) What features do you need in a motherboard? RAID? Firewire? Crossfire or SLI support? etc.
A single GPU is fine for my needs so not bothering about SLI or Crossfire as a must-have. I won't need raid because I only plan on having an SSD for my OS/apps drive and a large-capacity HDD for file storage. Most of the other features I prefer seems to be practically universal now (lots of USB ports, USB 3.0, firewire, HDMI, optical, etc.)
10) Do you already have a legit and reusable/transferable OS key/license? If yes, what OS? 32bit or 64bit?
Windows 7 64-bit Ultimate
Now that the questions are answered, here's what I have so far. I would really appreciate any advice on adjustments/changes to any of the items as this is all very preliminary. Also, if there are any potential compatibility issues it would be nice to know

EDIT: Actually, considering the IB release is so close I'll probably wait on the CPU, but how does everything else look?
