How does this sound for a decent gaming pc? It's adding up to around $1300 (along with case and PS). I have a decent HD and the other things needed to complete the system. I plan on doing some decent overclocking just to squeeze the extra bang for my buck. Any thoughts?

Motherboard: Asus A8N32-SLI
Processor: AMD Opteron 165 Denmark 1GHz HT Socket 939 Dual Core
Ram: mushkin eXtreme Performance 2GB (2 x 1GB) 184-Pin DDR SDRAM DDR 500
Video Card: EVGA 256MB 7800 GT
PS: Antec Truepower2 550w
 
If your going to do some overclocking you should get a better heatsink fan.

Zalman ones are nice
