the stock psu is very flakey. i definitely wouldn't use it, some ppl have used theirs and gotten ok results though. most havent. for a replacement psu, i'd suggest the Enermax Liberty 400w psu. it's a great psu, is shorter than standard psu's (so that helps w/ the optical drive length problem), and is modular, too.

Hey did you try just running one hd, instead of both of yours. If you still having problems, even try disconnecting your DVD-RW. If it stops, then you know the culprit. Doesnt shuttle sell replacement PSU's?

Im thinking of getting a SN25P. I just need to find a decently priced PCIe video card.
 
The setup in the first post looks good, but like the second poster I advise you to pick up a better PSU than the QPack's stock. Get an Enermax Liberty and don't look back. Btw, why would you get an Audigy when you could grab an X-Fi?

probably cost. i didnt notice that, though, $75 isn't a good deal at all on an audigy 2 zs nowadays, if you're patient you can find them go on sale for like $30 or 40 after rebates. and since the mobo should have decent onboard sound, that'll b able to hold u over until you can get a good deal on the sound card.
