New system won't POST :(

Hey guys, I just got all my computer components delivered and tried to put everything together but it won't POST. As soon as I boot the computer, it says:

Verifying DMI pool data...
NVIDIA Boot Agent 197.0462
Copyring blah blah blah

And after a long while of doing nothing it goes to:

PXE-E61: Media test failure
PXE-M0F: Exiting Nvidia boot agent

Any ideas? I tried mashing on F12 and Delete, but it just won't let me go to the BIOS setup. This is the first time I'm actually putting my own system together and these errors are a major bummer. :( Thanks guys!

MSI K8N Neo Platinum
2x Corsair 512MB XMS DDR PC3200
Seagate 200GB IDE
eVGA 6800GT
LiteOn DVD+/-RW
Cooler Master Praetorian
 
See if another computer will post with that video card in it.
 
what PS do you have?

Did you plug in all the power leads?

Have you tried resetting the bios?

Are you mem sticks in the proper slots?

What does NVIDIAs site say about the error?
 
Thanks for the replies guys. I haven't had time to test out all of your suggestions yet, but I'm almost certain all the power leads are in and the RAM is in the correct spots. My disk drive, CD-ROM, and HD all seem to show activity. The system is powered by a TrueBlue 480w.

I tried booting from the Windows XP CD, and it seemed to be installing a bunch of stuff. Unfortunately, when I got to the screen where it asked me to go ahead and install Windows, my keyboard wouldn't respond so I had to reset my computer. The computer started beeping repeatedly and wouldn't respond so I rebooted, and now I keep getting stuck at Verifying DMI Pool Data.

Now I gotta go on a family day trip to the casino, away from my new, not-working computer . This is torture. :(

So you got it to post when you had the WinXP CD in? Freaky.
