New system with PCIe question

So I have an intel 915PBL, the 550 and a 6600GT installed and working well. When I go into hardware manager I see a PCI device without drivers.(I don't have any PCI cards except video card) Is this the PCIe card that windows can't recognize? (even though I see the video card in HM)

Thanks for the help.
