New system, windows wont start

Aight,

I just assembled together my new rig:

Motherboard: ASUS Maximus Formula
CPU: Q6600, G0
GPU: ASUS 8800 GTS 512MB
RAM: 2 x 2Gb, XP6400, White, DDR2 800MHz (4-4-4-12)

The problem is I got my old windows XP 32bit (wont support 4gb ddr2), and I can't get it running. There are files on those hard drives that musn't be lost, what shall I do? All I have in my use is this shitty laptop (without a CD/DVD) burner, and my XP 32BIT install CD.
 
What is the problem you are having when you try to install XP? Just because you have 4 GB of system memory, shouldn't mean you can't install an x86 operating system....you just can't use all of the memory.

Anytime you are trying to build a new system or install an OS, you should have all your data off the computer in question. Either disconnect the drive with your data on it until after the install is finished, or get something like BartPE to copy the data off to an external USB drive.
