New system shuts off without warning.

Put together a new pc for some light graphic design work and everyday tasks. Some days it runs fine without issue other days it shuts itself off whenever it wants. I've made a list of what programs are open when it turns off and there doesn't seem to be a pattern with that, I thought maybe it was a Windows issue.

I'm going to assume it's some sort of hardware conflict or maybe a RAM issue but I've exhausted all my knowledge and still haven't come up with anything. I've listed the specs below. If anyone has any ideas I'd like to hear them.

Have you tried monitoring temps to see if it is shutting down at a specific temperature?
 
I haven't thought about the temps being a issue mainly because it sits in a room that's 74 degrees, with good air circulation around it and multiple case fans going. I will look at it more closely for the next couple days to see if that may be the culprit.
 
The power may be less than perfect but I never had a issue with the old machine that was plugged in there for months.

What would be the proper way to monitor/test the power coming into the room? I suppose I could swap it over to a different outlet and see if that makes a difference.
 
Is that RAM rated at 1.65V? If so, remove it and get a new set of RAM rated at 1.5V as that RAM will eventually harm the CPU in the long-run. Not entirely sure that's the cause of your current issue but something to watch out for.

Temps would be the first thing I would look at.
