New System/OC'in Question/nTune??

So I just got a new system heres the specs...

nvidia evga 680i A-1
eVGA 8800 GTx KO AC3 768
Core 2 Duo qx6700 Quad Core
4 GB PC-8500 OCZ Platnium
Razer Baracuda
650 Watt BFG Tech SLi PSU
CM Stacker 830 (2 Fans in Door)

I'm using Stock cooling on the CPU and obviously stock cooling on the GPU.

It was on all night and it seems without any OC the system idles at 35, the CPU idles at 50 and the GPU idles at 65... this is using the Nvidia MonitorView.

So I ran that Automatic Fine Tuning over night and honestly I was very impressed it said I was able to...

OC my processor to 3.01 GHz +10%
OC my PCI Bus to 3850 MHZ + 56% <<< ISNT THAT INSANE OR AM I JUST NEWB??
All it lowered my Memory timing...

Heres the question how do I put into effect what the ntune told me to do? I hit save but nothing happened? You're help is greatly appreciated

Check your system using CPU-Z to see if its getting the specs that ntune has provided.

Also, download something like Orthos and CoreTemp if you haven't already. You'll be able to stress the system to give you a more accurate reading of the temps.

Wouldn't know, I've never used anything to automatically adjust my clocks/timings.
