Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
Just built a new system and it's almost done (for now using integrated video and only 128 megs of RAM until my 9600 AIW and 2 256 sticks make it in.) It's only a 2.6 gig but I'm sure every lil bit helps. Glad to join the team!
Well, I've been out of the PC scene for a while now. I got frustrated after I graduated college because I had gotten an MCP, MCSA, MCSE, A+, etc and STILL was stuck manageing at a restaurant. I slowly got back into it because I started DJing and use a PC instead of hauling around a bunch of CD's. I figure now that my 1.2 gigahertz Athlon bit the dust (fan stopped working, mobo didn't have a heat sensor, results were ugly on the inside) it was time for a more powerful system. Now I'm back into the scene again (getting into gaming emulation too) and this seemed like a fun project to support the site I get my comp news from.
