Get the x1950xt $280 (after $20 MIR because it is quicker than the 7950gt (please don't give me the 256mb vs 512mb arguement bullshit). Are you going to go SLI in the future because if your not that board is just a waste of money when you could easily get yourself a Gigabyte DS3 for $150. For $210 get the 2gb G.skill DDR800 because I guarantee your not going to notice the difference. Rest looks good but with the savings your making on the ram and mobo you could easily spring for a e6600.

He doesn't need an E6600, I'd bet. THAT would be a waste of money.

So true, skimp on the processor pump money into everything else because it will make the processor go faster ;)
