I need a new power supply my old eagle 350w I just dont trust...

Want to get a new one to make sure my comp wont fry.

AGP 8x motherboard
AMD Athlon 64
6800 GT OC
1 Hard drive
 
- The motherboard will very likely have the four-pin +12V connection and a 20-pin main.
- Which CPU? A Winchester 3000+ is going to draw a lot less power than a Newcastle 3700+.
- You need to list all power-drawing components! Detail!
