New SSF setup, suggestions welcome.

This will be my first SSF computer used mainly for gaming at LAN partys. I've done some research on the subject but I need an outside opinion. Here's what I have so far:

Shuttle SX48P2 E
Intel E8400
EVGA Geforce 8800GT
G.Skill 2GB (2x1GB) DDR2 800
WD VelociRaptor 300GB
Samsung DVD Burner

And some Arctic Silver 5. Do you think all of these will fit and work together? Any known issues with this setup? Can any of you think of better components that I can add or replace?

Like I said this is a gaming rig, and I don't plan to OC any just stock.

Everything should work fine.

Just curious - why the SX48P2-E rather than the SP35P2V2? On newegg.com the SX48P2-E has a $120 premium over the SP35P2V2. Since you wont be using ATI Crossfire or DDR3 RAM I'm not sure what advantage the X48 chipset will provide over the P35.

Hmm didn't know that was the only thing different between the chipsets, thanks for the heads up.
