im running a 6.1 sound card (creative) with 5.1 speakers (creative. i was thinking about buying new speakers. should i stay with creative or go with a new brand. im looking for a good sub (6 inch sub) i was thnking about bose or something. need ideas
 
What exactly are you looking for? 2.1? 4.1? 5.1? And what's your price range?

Any reason why you chose Bose off the bat?
 
i mean like ne type of brand just throwing something out there. my price is about 120-170 and im looking at 5.1 and 6.1
 
What's the exact model of the speakers you have now?

Bose is overpriced, ur not going to get anything for $120-170.

For $120-170, you might want to look at the Logitech Z-5300. Not sure if you can work the Creative Megaworks 550's into that budget.
