does anyone know when nvidia will include (if nvidia will include) a new soundstorm chip on to their nforce mobos? id like to upgrade to a 64 within the next 6 months and i was wondering if there were any plans of this, as i really like the hardware DD encoding feature
 
I don't know whether to believe it or not, but I heard a rumor that they were going to do one more NF2 revision and add it back in to the 400Gb chipset. Apparently, they've caught a ton of grief over dropping it. But, like I said, I don't know how true that is...

That's the main reason I haven't upgraded to an A64 yet. Why they didn't include Soundstorm on nforce 3 is beyond me. Retarded.
