New Silverstone ST60F OEM?

Does anyone know who the OEM is for the new version of the Silverstone ST60F, or perhaps the quality of the unit?

Before it was based on Enhance's quad 12V rail platform, but now it's a twin 12V rail platform as can be seen on Silverstone's site. The new version is also 80+ bronze certified. Enhance appears to have a 600W twin 12V rail model on their site but it is not 80+ bronze certified. Other googling just results in information about the old unit with reviews noting the quad 12V rails.

This unit just looks perfect for what I'm going to use it for (Q6600 OC'd, GTX 280 OC'd, 1 HD, 1 Optical), especially with the excellent efficiency.
