Alright, I just built a small shuttle nothing to fancy.

I bought the model Shuttle XPC SS30G2B, (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16856101012)

Well some times it does not even post correctly, it will hang up at the Shuttle XPC logo. Then when it does post, it always trys to boot from the CD First even though in BIOS its set to HD first. If it gets past THAT, it will not load windows.

Let me say that it worked fine for the first day, windows loaded fine and drivers installed fine.

Now it's in the dumps, any clue?

try resetting the BIOS by using the jumper pin... then relax your ram timings... I would even take out of the sticks if there's two.

process of elimination usually finds the problem.

I know the included SATA cables with my sn25p made my system totally flaky until I bought some good ones. I'm not sure if your model has the same crappy cables though.
