Got a new system up at the office folding. It's an HP SL390s G7 with 8x Tesla M2070's in it. Climbing the charts nicely! Trying to do some good with this hardware for the time that I have it. ;)

I'll take a pic when I go in tomorrow. Working from home today. Not feeling well.

They seem to do really well but I had to use the console client.

I'm not even loading the SMP client with it as this system also has 24 CPU cores to play with too and 32Gb of Ram. I was blowing the 110 power circuit I was on so hopefully tomorrow I can move it to a 220 circuit and crank up the CPU;s as well as the GPU's.

Now that is folding [H]ard!

Tesla M2070's are equivalent to GTX 470's. So expect around 14K PPD per card if they work out well, or 112K PPD GPU. CPU will be up in the air since you did not state what the 24 cores were. :D

Not sure what you mean production? Am I wasting cycles on a server that should be doing something else? No the server was not set up for FAH. I am a systems engineer and need to stress a unit to the max for troubleshooting. FAH seemed like it would fit the bill well and do some good for the world in the meantime. It wont run forever but it will run for a while.

Production=work environment. Looks like it needs the "stress" testing:)

Sorry guys. forgot I had committed to taking some pictures. Here is the SL390s G7 with 8 GPU's.

I see dollar signs coming out of the outlet lol...What kind of PPD are you getting with that box?

PPD is at 89,749 right now but I don't have a full month under my belt yet either so it may change.

I actually tried GPU tracker and it put all the gpu loads on one GPU and it didnt like me editing the config file to fix it.

Would love to use it but it was flakin out on me. ;)

You don't need to edit any files to configure it... just follow this.

That is the link I used to install it with. As mentioned it for some reason put all the loads on one GPU vs dispersing it among all 8 gpu's. It seems to not add the parameter: -gpu X (X being 0-7).
