New Server Build Sujestions Needed

Ok, I've had it with my current system and am looking to upgrade to a better server. I'm currently running a AM3 motherboard with a x6 processor and 16GB DDR3 ram, 3 IBM M1015 raid cards. The problem I am having is the MB Doesn't properly support the IBM M1015 raid cards. What I would like to do is replace the motherboard with something that will support the M1015 (Server grade if possible) While still using the AM3 Processor and DDR3 Ram. This is all going in a Norco RPC-4224 with 16 2TB Drives and 8 3TB Drives. I Also have a HighPoint RR3560 that I will be selling as it doesn't support 3TB Drives.
