New SATA HDD, has different power source?

Just bought a new drive:

Apparently SATA HDD's require something called SATA power, that's news to me. So how do I get my Allied's AL-B400ATX 400W power connectors to work on this drive? Simple little cheap power adapter fix? I really didn't see that coming, for whatever reason I just figured the same power connectors that work for my graphics card and other hard drive, would work here.

ya, you can get a molex to sata power, im pretty sure they are cheap
or you could just buy a new PSU, but i would suggest the adaptor
 
i would also buy a new power supply, in the off chance that you are strapped for cash, pm me your address i will ship you a couple. i have a box full.
 
yeah you'll have to get a molex > SATA power adapter. Or a new PSU that comes with those connectors.

I think the only difference on todays hard drives is that it allows the drive to be hot swappable. The ones that come with the PSU have 3.3v, but drives don't use that yet. So the adapter would be fine.
