new raptor

anyone know when a new raptor will come out?? sataII / bigger sizes ??? raptors have been out for 2 years with no improvements and i read rumors about a new one with sataII in posts' sometimes? (think i did)

What your mebe thinking about is the updated 74gig raptor that uses some advanced SCSI technologies and is mega fast compared to the original 74. Apart from that i don't think they have any plans to update the line as a 148gig 10k sata drive would be considered a server drive and most likely be badged accordingly.

u got more information on that?? i dont see anything about that on the description on newegg that mean they are selling the old one?
