New raptor won't format.

So i finally built my new system (havent updated sig yet) and i powered it up for the first time today with no problems other then i cant get my 74GB raptor to format. :mad:

It gets to 92% and thats it, nothing.

Any ideas? Im gonna call WD in the morning and see what they say but i figured i'd give myself a headsup here first.

edit: If it makes a difference is the Western Digital Raptor WD740ADFD 74GB 10,000 RPM Serial ATA150
