New RAM won't work.

I just bought 2GB of OCZ Reaper RAM to add to the 2GB that I already have. All sticks are the same kind, but when I put in my extra 2GB sticks my comp will start but my monitors will say that there is no signal. When I took the new RAM out, my comp would start fine. Can anyone help me out with this?

set the voltage in your bios to 2.1v

I tried that but it still did the same thing, so I tried just having the new RAM in and it still wouldn't start so I'm thinking that I might have gotten a couple bad sticks.

possibly might try loosening the timings or if they are on auto, manually set them.
