New PSU

At 120 AR, it's a decent value. If it was under 100, it would be a good value.
 
850 watt high end Gold power supply for $95 is quite good. Do you need 850 watts though?
 
yes I am running a GTX 570 SLI setup with a custom water cooling loop newegg PSU finder
showing Our recommended PSU Wattage: 858 W
 
I ran a GTX 580 SLI setup on a 750 watt power supply. 750 watts is more than sufficient, and an 850 high end gold power supply for under $100 would be perfect while being a good value.
