Just picked up a Thermaltake W0038 power supply along with a few generic fans for my case to replace the stock ones. Everything is running fine for a couple of days then one morning 3 fans stop working. Everything else still works fine. After a reboot the fans start working again for awhile, maybe an hour, then stop again. Ive checked all the connections and everything is good and the rest of the system runs great. Anyone ever seen anything like this before? Im stumped.

So basically you went and paid money for fans that are the same as the ones you had? wow. stock = generic most of time :p
