New PSU, recommendations?

I had a cheap psu with my case. The fan died, psu burned.
Bought a 80$ PSU. 1 year and a half later, the fan sometimes won't start with the comp. The case is well ventillated but still.

The fan is half dead, the psu is making a weird noise. I'll change it before it blows my whole comp I guess. What should I buy??? I don't need anything fancy, really. I only run 2 hd, a cd, and 2 120mm fans.

Would it be worth it buying an antec case just to get the psu? A new case wouldn't hurt. Or can I get these cheaper, alone?
