I' have had the Enermax 365P-VE for about 3 years. It's 350 watts and still works ok. Someone told me that I should get a new power supply because my current rig is really working my current power supply.
my specs are:
3ghz amd 64
1 gig 3200 RAM
9800XT
60 gig hard drive
Hercules GTXP
IDE PCI Card
1 cdrom
1 cdr drive
4 case fans
1 video card cooler
as well as a few other accesories- gamepad, joystick, etc..

Question is would it be a good investment to get a new power supply? And if so, are the current Enermax power supplies good?

If your system is stable with no signs of PS induced issues, I would say your PS is well suited for the system listed. Unless there are issues or you are moving to a power demanding video card, save your money.

If there isn't a problem, don't try to fix it.

The new Enermax PSU's are excellent, their 535W SLI-Ready is a great bargain at $80! ;)
