New Power Supply?

I'm upgrading from socket 478 to socket 939 sometime in the near future, and I'm on a tight budget. I'm trying to keep things under $700. Anyways, the components in this new rigamajig are probably going to be:

-DFI nF4-DAGF
-Opteron 165
-Zalman CNPS7000B-Cu LED
-eVGA 6800GS (256-P2-N386-AX)

I'm keeping my RAM, hard drive, and opticals.

My question to you guys is this: Should I keep my Antec SmartPower 400W power supply, or should I upgrade now?
 
It should be able to power what you are getting, while its always a good idea to get a high quality PSU, since the SmartPowers dont even compare to the TruePowers. I would probablly stick with what you got though.
